Text 29 Jan Perfect Time for a HIKE!

Hey! How is everyone doing? It’s Been a little dry out here in the sierra’s, But that’s Ok. Just means it is time to get out to do some more exploring and more hikes. This past week I was lucky enough to get to Trek out of bounds and do 3 Peaks around Kirkwood. Also I was lucky enough to get to do one of the Highest Peaks in the Tahoe Basin. Standing at 10,886ft Freel has been staring at me for years. So I figured it was Time to get it done.

After one of the Haridest hikes of my Life, I accomplished one of the peaks I’ve only dreamt of doing. I will never forget the view from the top and on the way down. I’ll always remeber how calm and quite it was standing on top Looking 360 degrees around me and just seeing how beautiful and blessed we are to live in such an amazing place! When all of the sudden the silence was broken up by the question. Who wants to go First? I waited patiently to see if anyone jumped on it, but no one did. So I decided to be the one. “I’ll Go first!” haha. After all there is nothing better than that feeling you get right before you drop into your line. Such an adrenaline rush! We all made it down safe with the biggest smiles on our faces. and now like a fellow team member once said “Dreams come true, when they do, dream a little more!” Will B.
